The personal training programme couldn’t be simpler. First of all there will be an initial consultation so that Carl can determine your goals and examine your current lifestyle. This will include a diet analysis and a food diary.

The programme involves no faddy diets or starvation. Your plan is clearly developed by Carl’s expert nutritional knowledge to provide you with all the energy you need whilst helping you to lose those unwanted pounds.

Following on from there you will start your journey of weight loss and body reshaping. Each session will start with a look at your food diary before setting about burning those calories in Carl’s intense workout.

Personal Training

The workout involves maximum interval training. Hence, long bursts of high intensity exercise with short periods of rest. So, a total reverse of normal interval training. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged with intervals of cardio, strength power, resistance ab & core training moves. As a result, you will burn up to 1000 calories per hour. You’ll get the most unbelievable results imaginable.

Any equipment required will be provided by Carl. You just need to be ready!
